Dear Exhibitors & Sponsors,
In 2021, our first in-person year after a pandemic hiatus, we had 204 attendees, and we are expecting 200-250 attendees this year. We kick off with a welcome cocktail hour on Thursday night followed by two full days of educational programming.
CAA 2022 provides excellent networking opportunities and allows you to present your new products and services to all attendees. This year we have extended the length of most breaks for our participants to have more interactive time with exhibitors.
Sponsorship packages allow you to maximize the value of your support dollars, and we have a few additional a-la-carte items that you can choose to customize your exposure at the conference. We appreciate all that you do to support CAA, so please reach out if you have additional ideas beyond what you see below.
Exhibits will occupy part of the Marriott Grand Ballroom with seating in the room for mealtimes, allowing an increase in traffic during meals and breaks.
A map of the ballroom will be provided as we get closer to the event. Space is limited and table choice order will be assigned on a first come first served basis upon payment received. Send in your payment as soon as possible to position yourself early in the selection opportunity.

Exhibit hall Basics:
- One booth includes a 6' draped table, 2 chairs, and 1 electrical outlet.
- The CAA 2022 Exhibit Hall Map will be available in mid-July. Please keep in mind that exhibit booth placement preferences will be honored in the order in which payment is received by the CAA.
- Logistics information will be sent to confirmed sponsors in Late May.
