Dear Exhibitors & Sponsors,

We are pleased to announce the 26th Annual California Academy of Audiology Conference at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport in Burlingame, CA on September 18-20, 2025. The CAA  Annual Conference is held for the purpose of providing educational and networking opportunities for members of the Audiology community in California and we invite you to join us.

The 2024 CAA Annual Conference in Irvine brought 358 attendees together for California’s home for Audiology continuing education. As the home for audiologists in the largest audiology market in the US, the CAA Annual Conference provides excellent opportunities for you to present your products and services to all attendees.

In 2025, the conference will kick off on Thursday with a Pre-Conference, Poster Session, and Welcome Reception. Friday and Saturday will include full days of educational programming, with many opportunities for networking, brand-building, and marketing for our exhibitors and sponsors. Once again, we will extend the length of most session breaks to allow our participants more interactive time with exhibitors. The Exhibit Hall will include ample attendee seating at mealtimes, allowing an increase in traffic during meals and breaks. This year we are again holding the Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall, maximizing your ability to showcase your booth. The layout of the Hyatt Regency provides an excellent prospect for presenting products and networking with the Audiology community.

This year, we will offer four Platinum Packages, which include enhanced opportunities for our sponsors. Platinum Level Supporters can select from providing conference bags, lanyards, or notebooks with your logo, or Wi-Fi for conference attendees (choice upon receipt of paid sponsorship). In addition, each Platinum Level Supporter will be given a 5-minute time slot during the educational sessions to present on the topic of their choice. Platinum Level supporters will be the only double booth on their respective walls in the exhibit hall and will receive a complimentary hospitality room. 

A map of the Exhibit Hall will be provided closer to the event. Space is limited, and exhibitor space will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment. Exhibit hall Basics:

  • One table includes a 6' draped table, 2 chairs, and 1 electrical outlet.
  • The CAA 2025 Exhibit Hall Map will be available in June. Please keep in mind that exhibit booth placement preferences will be honored in the order in which payment is received by the CAA.
  • Logistics information will be sent to confirmed sponsors in June.
  • Exhibitors will have the option to order additional AV equipment at a discounted rate from the CAA AV supplier.

Join us in supporting CAA's mission by numaking a donation to our silent auction. Previous

events, and of course the most relevant donation of hearing aids and hearing related products.

The silent auction will be online again in 2025. Please contact ConfChair@caaud.org to make donations by August 1, 2025.
Funds raised during the silent auction will go to the general funds of the Academy.
