Mentorship Program

The California Academy of Audiology is excited to announce the California Audiology Mentorship Program (CAMP), and we would be thrilled to have you join us as a mentor.

This innovative program is designed to foster meaningful connections and create valuable networking opportunities between seasoned professionals like yourself and aspiring audiologists who are eager to learn and grow in the field.

As a mentor, you will have the unique opportunity to share your wealth of knowledge and experiences, offer personalized advice, and provide support as your mentees navigate their educational and professional paths.

The requirements are as follows:

• Licensed Audiologist in California
• Meet with 1-2 AUD students per month for 6 months
• Students will follow your schedule and set up the Zoom meeting
• You will also be given a discussion guide with questions/topics to talk about!

We believe that your involvement in this program will not only enhance the professional growth of our future audiologists but also invigorate your own practice and network. Each cohort typically starts around October annually, but we are looking for mentors all year round. Join us in this rewarding endeavor and make a lasting impact on the next generation of audiologists. Your expertise and guidance can make all the difference!
