San Francisco is undeniably one of California’s greatest cities known worldwide for its iconic bridge, historic cable cars, and beautiful Victorian architecture. CAA is excited to bring the 2025 Annual Conference to Burlingame on the San Francisco Peninsula. Burlingame is called the City of Trees due to its over 18,000 public trees within the city and is know for its numerous eucalyptus groves, beautiful shoreline along the San Francisco Bay, and walkable downtown area.

The CAA has secured a limited number of hotel rooms at a reduced rate for conference attendees. In order to receive the discounted conference rate, all bookings should be made no later than Thursday, August 21, 2025.
The conference rate for a standard room is $189.00 / night plus taxes.
Please note that the CAA has only reserved a limited number of rooms. Please reserve your room early to receive the discounted rate.

The Hyatt Regency is approximately 3 miles from San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
There are several transportation options from SFO to the Hyatt Regency.
- The hotel offers offers a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle to and from SFO that runs every 15 minutes from 4 a.m. until 1 a.m. and every 30 minutes from 1 a.m. until 4 a.m.
- On-site rental car companies are located at the Rental Car Center. To access the Rental Car Center from the airport terminals, take the AirTrain Blue Line.
- App-based Rideshare services (including Lyft, Uber, and Wingz) are available for drop-off and pick-up services at SFO.
- Personal vehicle sharing through Turo is available. From the International Terminal, follow signs to Garage A or Garage G and proceed to the Level indicated in your Turo confirmation.
- The hotel offers hourly and nightly self-parking. Nightly self-parking (with in-and-out privilages) is discounted for conference attendees who book their room at the group rate.
