Dear Exhibitors & Sponsors,
We are pleased to announce the 24th CAA Annual Conference at the Doubletree San Jose in San Jose, CA on September 28-30, 2023. We are working closely with the hotel to produce an amazing, safe meeting and there may be limits to the number of exhibitors we can accept, so please don’t delay sending in your exhibitor registration.
In 2022, as pandemic restrictions were lifting, we had 344 attendees join the CAA in La Jolla. As the home of audiologists in the largest audiology market in the US, CAA 2023 will continue to provide excellent networking opportunities for you to present your new products and services to all attendees.
In 2023, we kick off the conference with a Welcome Reception and Casino Night on Thursday night followed by two full days of educational programming. As requested, once again this year we have extended the length of most session breaks to allow our participants more interactive time with exhibitors. The Exhibit Hall will include ample attendee seating for mealtimes, allowing an increase in traffic during meals and breaks.
Our sponsorship packages allow you to maximize the value of your support dollars, and we have a few additional a-la-carte items from which you can choose to customize your exposure at the conference. Stay tuned for product presentation opportunities during the conference. We appreciate all that you do to support CAA, so please reach out if you have ideas beyond what you see on the enclosed order form.
A map of the ballroom will be provided as we get closer to the event. Space is limited and tables choice order will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment. Send in your payment as soon as possible to position yourself early in the selection process.

Exhibit hall Basics:
- One table includes a 6' draped table, 2 chairs, and 1 electrical outlet.
- The CAA 2023 Exhibit Hall Map will be available in mid-July. Please keep in mind that exhibit booth placement preferences will be honored in the order in which payment is received by the CAA.
- Logistics information will be sent to confirmed sponsors in late June.
